The interface sports a clear-cut design and it is built with several tabs, so that access to all options can be quick. Consequently, it can be used by anybody, including people with little to no previous experience with the IT world.
View and analyze processes
This software application presents a colour-coded system which enables you to easily understand which processes are active, on standby, modified or bad, as well as view the item type.
In separate tabs, it is possible to view a list of all processes launched and the total amount of memory used (expressed in kilobytes), priority summary, physical pages and ranges, as well as file summary and details, such as path, size, physical address, file type, priority and image. All this data can be saved to the HDD, for analysis at a later day, in an RMP format.
Bottom line
In conclusion, RAMMap is a handy piece of software, with good response time, user-friendly interface and plenty of data to analyze. CPU and memory usage was low at all times and our tests did not reveal any type of errors or crashes.
